Yesterday I tried out Tres Carnales after seeing it as the number 1 talked about restaurant in Edmonton - and it was SO AMAZING that I can't even be bothered to edit.

ReplyDeleteI wasn't going to try this place (despite the hype) until I saw your pic of the guacamole... I'm a sucker for fresh guacamole! Do they season it with chilis or cilantro, or is it just done with lemon and salt?
ReplyDeletefrom what i remember it had cilantro, red onions, salt, lime juice... not sure what else but it's really good and made fresh :D
